After expenses we collected $3,500.00 for the Brett Eilts Fund. Next Monday we are going to present a check to Brad at the noon meeting, hope you can all make it! We had a great turn out and everyone had a good time. Thanks to all of you for your hard work!

Friendly reminder……Branch Club will meet at the Tioga for lunch at noon as usual, Monday December 18, 2006

If anyone would like to attend the Christmas Party, it will be Monday, December 18, 2006 at Quarry Stone. Spouses or Significant others are welcome. I am assuming it will start at the regular meeting time of 6:30 pm.

Branch club members please respond back to me by Thursday so that I can let the evening Lions know, as they are hosting the Party.

The Chanute Lions Branch Club & The Chanute Fire Department is hosting a Fundraiser for 4 year old Brett Eilts. Brett is going to have a Bone Marrow Transplant in January.

We are serving chili, dine in and carry out from 11:00 am until the chili is gone. Local musicians will be playing acoustic instruments and providing entertainment. This will be for donations only. We are soliciting donated items for door prizes. Door prize tickets can be obtained for donations.

We are hoping that all or some of our fellow lions from the evening club will volunteer to help us.
